Our products are manufactured to customer specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please inform us as soon as possible in writing of any transport damage or quality problems with the delivered product and/or packaging. Our customer service will inform you of the procedure to follow. Please do not return the product without prior consultation. Shipments that are returned at the customer's risk and expense will not be accepted or reimbursed.

Upon receipt of your order, check the condition of the delivered goods in the presence of the courier. If there is any transport damage, you must draw up a damage report and have it signed by the courier. Without this document, your claim for damages will not be accepted.

Important: In the event of a claim for damages, please keep the goods, including the original packaging, until the matter has been settled. When carrying out the assessment, the insurer may request the handing over of the goods as compensation for the payment. If the damaged goods or the packaging are no longer available, the claim may be rejected.

If your claim is accepted, we will deliver you an identical product as soon as possible, unless another form of compensation has been agreed upon by mutual agreement, e.g. exchange for another product. If this is not possible, we will proceed with the refund.
